Initial Stages
Whether you are currently processing your payroll in-house, or outsource to an accountant or payroll bureau, contact us for a no-obligation discussion and quotation.
- A free consultation will be arranged with you, where we will find out about your business and your payroll requirements
- You will receive a detailed proposal. Once this has been accepted:
- We will work with you (or your current payroll provider) to obtain the necessary information we require
- A free parallel run will be undertaken to mirror your current payroll run
- We fully reconcile all payroll details and figures prior to going live with your payroll
Ongoing Process
- For each payroll, simply submit your amendments to us
- We process the payroll and send you draft payslips and payroll summary for your approval
Once payroll is approved, we:
- Provide you with payroll summary reports (including HMRC PAYE liability report)
- Provide payslips to employees
- Assess the employees for auto enrolment and issue relevant letters to them
- Submit RTI file to HMRC
- Create a pension file and upload to your pension provider
- Provide a net pay listing or bank import file
- Provide a journal to input or import into your accounts system if required
- At the end of the tax year, we provide P60s to the employees and submit the final RTI file to HMRC
Everything above is included in our per payslip price as per our simple charging structure. We do have an additional self-service option which comes at a competitive cost (see details below).
Self Service
Our payroll software offers a self-service portal for both employees and employers to access various documents*.
Employee
Employee can download an Apple or Android app onto their phone, on which they can:
- View and download current and historical payslips
- View and download P60s
- Request annual leave
- Change personal details eg home address
Employer
- Approve payroll via the employer’s portal
- View and download payroll summary reports once payroll is approved
- View and download historical payroll reports
- Approve or reject annual leave requested by employees
- Upload company-wide notifications and documents eg Health and Safety notices/Company handbooks etc
- View log of which employees have accessed documents
